Your first visit
Ask first, then arrive about ten minutes early
Your doctor or midwife comes before us. Once you have their go-ahead, book a time and come a little early to settle in.
Nothing about a first visit is rushed: a short check-in, the pillows, the sheet, and then the session.

Your first visit
- 01
Step 1: Book your visit
Choose a length on the booking page, or call the desk. Postpartum visits are booked once your provider has said you can.
- 02
Step 2: When you arrive
Come about ten minutes early. Check in at the front, and you are shown to your room and left to settle.
- 03
Step 3: What to expect
A short check-in on pressure, then you lie on your side with pillows set to you. The sheet goes over you, and your therapist works bare-handed with oil or lotion only if you want it.
- 04
Step 4: Afterward
Sit up slowly, drink some water, and take your time. Your therapist can rebook your next visit with you, or the desk can.
