What the website collects

The contact form collects only what you type: your name, how to reach you, the preferred time and your message. We use it to answer you. The form asks you not to include medical details.

Booking

When you choose a time, you leave this website and use our booking tool. It asks for the information it needs to hold your visit. Read its notice before you submit.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the people who help us run the practice, or when the law requires it.
